Victor Escobar-Troya is an Associate Attorney in our litigation team. He represents clients in deportation proceedings before the Immigration Court (EOIR) and at asylum interviews before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Victor graduated from University of California, Hastings. In law school, Victor externed for a Federal Judge at the United States District Court, Northern District of California. He also interned at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office in the immigration and criminal defense units. Victor also clerked for the Contra Costa Public Defender's Office. Prior to attending law school, Victor served as a paralegal for two years. Victor is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Victor enjoys getting to know his clients. When not working, he can be found running, occasionally working out, or watching a soccer game
