Sahar Mousavi is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law and has a Private International Law certificate from The Hague Academy of International Law in The Netherlands. She is admitted to the state bar of California and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Sahar joined the Law office of Robert B. Jobe in 2019 after running her own solo practice focusing on family-based immigration cases and volunteering at legal clinics helping asylees and refugees with their naturalization and permanent residency applications. Formerly, Sahar was a Law Clerk at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office conducting extensive legal research and preparing criminal motions. As an immigrant herself, she has an in-depth understanding of what immigrants encounter after moving to the USA. The practice of immigration law is, therefore, both a profession and passion for her. She is devoted to her clients and the successful outcome of their cases.
