Nav Khinda is licensed to practice law in both the United States and Canada. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Nav received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Alberta and later moved to Florida for law school, where she was chosen for and competed in the nation's number one ranked moot court program.
Nav began her career as a fierce litigator. She represented hundreds of criminal defendants in crimes ranging from simple misdemeanor to violent felony in county and circuit court. Nav carried multiple jury and non-jury trials to verdict, as well as successfully argued motions in pre and post trial matters. Nav has represented individuals from different ethnic, social, economic and national backgrounds, therefore, she understands the uniqueness of each individual and their story.
In addition, Nav has experience in Canadian corporate law, as well as experience in personal injury and employment law in the United States through various clerkships and internships.
