Moona received her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Environmental Science, Police and Management from the University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Moona's own background as a child of immigrants and her first-hand experiences with the flaws in the immigration system fueled her passion for immigration law. During law school, Moona fought for asylum-seekers and immigrants at the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic, and at the law firm of Van Der Hout, Brigagliano and Nightingale. She also worked towards the environmental, and clean water rights of immigrant and low-income communities at the Community Water Center. As a practicing attorney, Moona has represented countless immigrants before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Asylum Office, and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Moona is deeply honored and privileged by the opportunity to serve as a zealous advocate for the immigrant community at the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe.
