Jessie Duncan

Jessie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Juris Doctor from the earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, Jessie fought for refugees and asylum-seekers with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area. She also worked to implement sanctuary policies in local and state governments that protected immigrants with the Immigrant Legal Resource Center. As a practicing attorney, Jessie has represented hundreds of immigrants before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. A tireless advocate for the protection and preservation of the rights of immigrants, Jessie is dedicated to providing zealous and thorough representation to her clients.
