Originally from Michigan, Jeena Malik graduated cum laude with a dual degree in both Criminal Justice and Psychology from Wayne State University. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. Jeena has demonstrated her dedication to helping underserved communities and helping her clients get the justice they deserve.
As a personal injury and workers' compensation attorney she represented injured clients. Jeena is equipped to handle all aspects of her clients' cases both on the trial level and appeals to the administrative, circuit, and appellate courts. Whether it is negotiating settlements, arguing cases or briefing them, Jeena has her clients covered.
Shortly after, Jeena worked for a national defense litigation firm that focused on high-exposure and complex matters in personal injury, malpractice, and products liability. She gained further experience in motion practice on the trial and appellate levels, assisted with aggressive procedural trial preparation, and gained other essential litigation skills.
In her spare time, she has volunteered as an on-call attorney providing free legal representation to individuals in police custody. She has educated underprivileged community residents about how to protect their constitutional rights. She undertook these activities because she believes in the vision to promote fairness and accountability in the justice system. As someone who is passionate about litigation, she has also volunteered as a judge for the Bar Association Moot Court Competition on multiple occasions throughout the years.
At the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe, Jeena brings a zealous and creative approach to defend clients involved in asylum and deportation cases. She empathizes and understands the needs of immigrants as she and her family immigrated to the United States themselves. Jeena is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
