Holly Klein holds a Bachelor's in International Relations with a focus on International Politics from The George Washington University, and a J.D. from the Washington College of Law, American University. Since entering law school and continuing throughout her legal career, Holly has focused on the practice of immigration law.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe, Holly gained experience working with large corporate clients in the field of employment/business immigration. She gained valuable experience in creating and managing customized and strategic immigration programs, as well as ensuring company employees maintained lawful work authorization and met their immigration needs.

Here, she practiced a broad range of family, employment, and humanitarian based forms of relief, as well as representing clients on complex immigration matters before the Immigration Courts, USCIS, the BIA, and the Federal Circuit Courts. It was through this experience Holly acquired a true passion for helping those in need navigate the complex immigration system, and where she gained extensive experience on complex asylum claims, bond and parole requests, motions to reopen, waivers of inadmissibility, as well as a variety of humanitarian and family based forms of relief.
