Emilia Garcia

Emilia Garcia grew up in upstate New York and graduated from Cornell University with degrees in Human Development and Spanish Language and Literature.

Emilia worked as an elementary Spanish teacher in Ithaca, New York, before continuing her studies at the University of California, San Diego. There, she completed course-work for a Master Degree in Latin American Studies with a Gender Studies concentration. Emilia’s forthcoming Master’s thesis focuses on critical representations of neoliberalism in literature.

Emilia is fluent in Spanish, which she learned while living in Argentina. She is deeply committed to immigrants’ rights and excited to help her clients assert and defend their immigration needs.
