Amaya Blanco-Chapin was born and raised in the Bay Area. She attend college at the University of Oregon where she majored in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2009. After graduation she moved to Portland, Oregon where she worked in financing as a loan officer. In 2011 she moved back to California to be closer to her family. She soon joined the Office of the San Francisco Public Defender where she worked as a law clerk. She enjoyed being able to help our society's most vulnerable members and learning more about the criminal justice system. During that time, she attended San Francisco State University and received her Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies in 2015. She is excited to bring her knowledge to the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe and continue to expand on her skills as a paralegal.
