Alec is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from Santa Clara University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. While studying at SCU, he studied abroad at the Universidad Centroamericana in El Salvador, where he learned about the impacts of U.S. foreign policy on Central America and the migration patterns to the U.S. that have followed. He spent his first year out of undergrad doing community outreach in low-income immigrant communities in San Jose, California, and working in business immigration law. He is very excited to join the Jobe Law team and work on behalf of immigrants in need of asylum.
In his free time, Alec enjoys going to concerts, rock climbing, watching and playing soccer, and exploring the great state of California.
